Shipping Policy

Shipping is included. Orders are shipped insured via UPS/FEDEX/USPS depending on the item.

Packages MUST be signed for which is required by my insurer.

Please provide a complete address with contact phone number and email address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made within 15 days and meet the following criteria; a return authorization is required, the item must be returned in original condition, if not there will be a refinishing charge, if the item is damaged the return will be refused.

A full refund will be given (minus actual shipping costs) when items are returned with authorization and in original condition.
